By accessing and using the services provided by At Your Service | Georgia Mobile Notary, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the mobile notary services, booking process, and payment terms.
Service Availability: Services are available within the state of Georgia. Please provide a complete and accurate address when booking.
Fees: The standard fee for notarial acts is $2 per signature. Traveling fees will vary depending on location.
Payment: Full payment, including traveling fees, is required at the time of service. A non-refundable $5 deposit may be charged to secure appointment booking.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.
Client Responsibilities: You must provide accurate details regarding the document(s) to be notarized and confirm your identity when the notary arrives.

Disclaimers
Notary Services: As a Notary Public, I am authorized to perform notarial acts under the laws of the state of Georgia. I cannot provide legal advice or interpret the contents of documents being notarized.
Liability: At Your Service | Georgia Mobile Notary is not responsible for any legal consequences that arise from the documents being notarized. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the document is complete, accurate, and legally valid.
Document Authenticity: The notary verifies the identity of the signers but does not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of the documents being notarized.
Travel Fees: Travel fees are applicable for mobile services and vary based on location. The $5 deposit is non-refundable and covers travel costs.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Deposits: The $5 non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking to cover travel expenses. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge for the full service.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued once the notary service has been performed or the appointment has been confirmed.
State-Specific Disclosure (Georgia)
As a Notary Public in the state of Georgia, I am authorized to witness and authenticate signatures on documents in accordance with Georgia law. My commission is valid through December 22, 2028, and I adhere to all relevant notary statutes. Please note that I cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. My role is limited to notarizing documents and confirming the identity of signers.
